Filters help you quickly find the tickets you're looking for. We've set up a few default filters for you. You can also create custom filters.

To filter your tickets: 

  • Navigate to the Ticket review page. 
  • Click on the blue filters icon in the top left corner of the page, next to the neat cat logo.
  • Click on the filter that you want to use. Voilá, all matching tickets are displayed.
