To avoid having to constantly change the filters to get what you need to see, you can save your dashboard views by saving the custom URL.

All you need to do is choose the filters you need to get the data you need, a custom URL is created to reflect those choices, then you can save the URL.

You can then enter that URL at anytime to see the relevant dashboard.
