When leaving reviews in Klaus, you are able to add your own custom hashtags to comments. This allows you to find tickets with specific tags at a later date and report on them in the dashboard.
To add tags:
- Go to Settings>Users and Workspaces
- Choose a workspace
- Click on Hashtags
In this page, you can add new hashtags, restrict your team members from creating new hashtags and see how often each hashtag is used.
