Deleting your Account

Role: Admin, Account Manager

You can delete your account by going to Account Settings > Company.

There you will be able to click on the delete button.

Only do this if you are sure!

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Users get deleted if this was the only account they belonged to

  • Data is permanently deleted

  • Workspaces are permanently deleted

If you delete the account then data deletion is immediate (currently there is no soft delete) and data is only retained in back-ups (7 days). Deletion due to inactivity happens after 6 months of inactivity with a 2 week grace period where we notify you of imminent account deletion. More information on our Security policy can be found here.

Please note that you cannot delete a payment with an active subscription

You can cancel your subscription in Settings > Subscription.
