How can I delete my Klaus account?

You can delete your account by going to Account Settings > Company.

There you will be able to click on the delete button.

Only do this if you are sure! It's an irreversible action and we will not be able to retrieve your data.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Users get deleted if this was the only account they belonged to

  • Data is permanently deleted

  • Workspaces are permanently deleted

If you delete the account then data deletion is immediate (currently there is no soft delete) and data is only retained in back-ups (7 days). Deletion due to inactivity happens after 6 months of inactivity with a 2 week grace period where we notify you of imminent account deletion. Please note that you cannot delete a payment with an active subscription.
