There are various reasons help desk connections may expire, like a recent password or admin change.

To reconnect your help desk, you can follow these easy steps:

  • Go to Settings > Connections.

  • Next to the failed connection, you will see a padlock icon.

  • Click on the icon to renew your connection.

  • Your connection should be back up and running!
