There are various reasons helpdesk connections may expire, like a recent password or admin change.

To reconnect your helpdesk, you can follow these easy steps:

  • Go to Settings>Connections

  • Next to the failed connection, you will see a padlock icon

  • Click on the icon to renew your connection

  • Your connection should be back up and running!
