There are various reasons helpdesk connections may expire, like a recent password or admin change.
To reconnect your helpdesk, you can follow these easy steps:
Go to Settings>Connections
Next to the failed connection, you will see a padlock icon
Click on the icon to renew your connection
Your connection should be back up and running!
