How to add feedback surveys in different languages?*
Under Settings > Account Settings > Surveys:
First create a new survey,
Modify the information under Styling and Content,
Select which help desk connection should get the feedback survey,
Under Language tab, click Add language button to add any language from the list you wish to send the feedback survey in:
Once you are happy with how the survey looks like, then you can enable Visible to respondents for it be sent to your customers.
Fields translated shows the green circle (4/4) if every instance is translated (out-of-the-box everything is translated if you select a language from the list). When translations are not complete, an icon will be shown directing you to either review easily what is missing from the text or downloading a translation file (.pot format) for further translation work
Missing translations will default to English
In order to check and edit the missing information, click on "Review what's missing".
Language translation pairs can also be downloaded or uploaded. The translation file comes in .pot format and is available to use in most localization platforms.
