How to connect Cordless?
When signing up, you will be asked to connect your help desk. The first step is to choose Cordless from the list of our integrations.
Give your Connection a name (useful in case you add multiple connections in future).
3. You will then be taken to Cordless where you are asked to give Klaus authorization to access your account.
That's it! We will start syncing calls (recording URLs) from your Cordless account. The conversations themselves need to be pushed in via our public import API.
